Beauty By Sonia Lorraine highly values punctuality and respects your time and would be grateful if this could be reciprocated.

We recognise that certain factors out of your control may impact your ability to reach us on time, therefore there will be a grace period of 15 minutes whereby I am still happy to carry out your treatment.

However, should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this could potentially impact on other appointments throughout the day, therefore Beauty By Sonia Lorraine reserves the right to not carry out the treatment, and to reschedule at a convenient time and date for both parties concerned.

LATENESS POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment is required. I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment within this time period.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

Cancellations on the same day will require you to pay 100% of the cancelled treatment cost.

Should you miss an appointment, or simply choose not to attend and have made no effort to contact the salon, then Beauty By Sonia Lorraine reserves the right to request 100% of the treatment cost at your next scheduled appointment.

Sometimes cancellations cannot be helped, but please bear in mind that this is a small business, and cancelling at short notice may mean that I am unable to fill your appointment. Furthermore, should you cancel more than 3 appointments, then you will be required to pay the full treatment amount upon booking again.
