Where can I park my car?

There is off road parking on the drive, and clients are welcome to park here should there be space.

How do I book a treatment?

You can book directly at your own convenience using the website or alternatively you can contact us via the Facebook or Instagram messaging pages.

Do I have to pay a deposit for my treatment?

All new clients are required to pay a small deposit to secure their appointment - this deposit will then come off the cost of the actual treatment.

How do I pay for my treatments?

All treatments must be paid for in full prior to leaving the salon - this can be paid by cash or bank transfer.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, please provide 48 hours notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.

Do I have to wear anything in particular for my treatment?

This depends on the treatment you are having. For a facial or Indian Head Massage, it is advisable to wear a vest top so that the straps can come down easily to allow access to your shoulders. For a back massage, you will need to remove all your clothes on the top and be able to roll down your bottoms slightly, or alternatively these can be removed.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes gift vouchers are available in any denomination and they come in a beautiful pearlized envelope.

There is also the option to gift that special someone a gift experience - this includes the voucher, some skincare samples, tea/coffee sachets and sweets!! All wrapped up in a gift box making it extra special.

It is advisable to purchase a voucher for a certain amount of money and not for a specific treatment, in case treatments change or are no longer available.

Can I bring my child/children?

Unfortunately, this is not something that my insurance allows. Plus you want to relax and enjoy your treatment not be worried about your child.

How far in advance can I book appointments?

You can book appointments for 6-12 months in advance if you wish to to ensure that you get the days and times that you require.

Will you remind me of my appointment?

A reminder will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Will there be any other clients in the salon at the same time as me?

No I can guarantee that you will be the only client in the salon at any time, and I can guarantee that you will never bump into another client upon leaving the salon too.
